In short: we help organizations transform well. That means designing the structure and workforce plan a business needs, and then leading the human side of the transition with Prosci's research-based methodology, so that employees adopt the new way of working rather than resist it. We are based in Calgary, Alberta, and work with clients across Canada.

How an engagement runs

  1. 1

    Listen

Every engagement begins with deep listening: your organizational context, the pressures your leaders are under, and the outcomes that matter most.

  2. 2

    Design

We bring evidence-based frameworks from I/O psychology and the Prosci methodology, adapted to your sector, culture and challenge.

  3. 3

    Deliver

With PMP discipline, we turn the design into a plan with clear governance, stakeholder alignment and measures of adoption, built to be implemented, not just presented.

  4. 4

    Transfer

We build your internal capability so your organization can sustain progress after the engagement ends.
